While Matt and I were in the process of solving a logic puzzle, Gooey brought up the following logic question and effectively destroyed our conversation:
---You have 26 pills, one of the pills is poisonous and weighs slightly less than the rest, how can you find it using a balance which can only be used three times?---
Ted (to Gooey, interrupting): "Heh! That sounds like a Mensa test question! You know what a Mensa test question is, don't ya? It's for people of high intelligence...those of us with average intelligence would just say, 'Figure it out. Do it the old fashioned way'."
It should be noted that Gooey could not answer his own logic question, even though he talked through it for ten minutes. Further, he and Ted still could not answer it when they started adjusting the parameters.
