I thought it might be helpful if you, the reader, could get an idea of what everyone looks like...

Ted, the worst coworker in question, looks a lot like actor Richard Kiel:

I have no idea who Gooey looks like...

Tom is best represented by former White House Chief of Staff Joshua Bolton:

Matt is the neighbor from "That 70's Show" played by Don Stark:

I described Gordon as the militarized version of Ted, which is correct.  Old Gordo can best be represented by Friend Owl from the Disney movie Bambi.  He looks similar, has a similar irritating attitude, but is way more grumpy.
