Ted and Gooey discuss a woman who aggravated Ted outside of work, this woman had absolutely no connection to the dog mailer and I have no idea how Gooey made that jump…
Gooey: “She wasn’t the same lady that tried to mail that dog?”
Ted: “No. She wasn’t black. I, uh...you know, that lady tried to say it was a robot when the package started moving! I mean, they should.... How would she not know…she’s beyond the age of reason.”

For the record the age of reason is either seven, or whenever puberty sets in (depending on who you ask). The lady who tried to mail the dog was 39.
