Me: "What about users in Puerto Rico?"
Ted: "There isn't a Spanish version."
Me: "...or Singapore?"
Ted: "It's not available in Sama or whatever language they speak there."
Me: "What?"
Ted: "Sama. Or English.  Whatever they speak there."
